Deathwings Terms & Conditions

Deathwings Apparel is an independent UK clothing brand selling graphic apparel and related products online.

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, artwork and sizing accurately.

Screen settings, photography and manufacturing processes can result in minor visual differences between images and the product received.

Product availability may change without notice.

Limited-release products may only be available during the stated release period or while otherwise offered on the website.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price shown when you place your order is the price you will be charged, together with any applicable delivery charge shown during checkout.

Deathwings is currently available for delivery within the UK only unless stated otherwise.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfil it.

A contract is formed when your order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Deathwings does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

Delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. GOV.UK

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. These statutory rights cannot be excluded by these terms. GOV.UK

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can resolve the issue.

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider after the refund has been issued.

Artwork, graphics, branding, logos, product designs, photography, written content and other material appearing on the Deathwings website remain the property of Ghost Cat Industries or their respective rights holders.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.

We may update, suspend or change parts of the website from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, but this does not affect orders or consumer rights already arising under a contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for faulty or misdescribed goods, personal injury or death caused by negligence. GOV.UK

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses arising from your use of the products for business purposes where you purchased as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time.

The version applying to your order is the version published when you placed that order.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have regarding where legal proceedings can be brought.
