Deathwings Privacy Policy

We may collect information you provide when you:

• place an order;
• contact Deathwings;
• request support, a return or refund;
• join a mailing or launch list;
• otherwise communicate with us.

This may include your name, email address, delivery and billing address, telephone number, order details and communications with us.

Payment-card information is handled by Stripe. Deathwings does not receive or store your full card details.

We use personal information to:

• process and fulfil orders;
• arrange delivery;
• provide order confirmations and customer support;
• handle returns, refunds and disputes;
• prevent fraud and protect our services;
• comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations;
• send marketing communications where you have asked to receive them.

For order processing, fulfilment and customer service, our lawful basis is generally that the processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.

Where we are required to keep information for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes, we process it to comply with our legal obligations.

Where we send optional marketing communications, we will do so in accordance with applicable direct-marketing rules and you may unsubscribe at any time.

We only share personal information where necessary to operate Deathwings.

• website and infrastructure hosting;
• order and commerce management;
• email services, including Zoho Mail;
• delivery and postal services;
• professional, accounting or regulatory support where required.

These organisations may process information on our behalf or under their own legal responsibilities.

Deathwings uses browser storage to remember items you add to your cart and to support the checkout process.

This storage is used to provide functionality you have requested and is not used for advertising or behavioural tracking.

Deathwings does not currently use advertising pixels or non-essential analytics cookies.

If this changes, this policy and any required cookie controls will be updated.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, handling customer queries and meeting legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

Some service providers we use may process information outside the UK.
