Measure
For the most accurate comparison, measure a T-shirt you already own and like the fit of.
Half chest
Lay the shirt flat and measure straight across from armpit to armpit.
Body length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve length
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
Between sizes
If you’re between sizes, compare the measurements with a shirt you already wear rather than relying only on the size label.
Fit preference matters too — size up if you want a looser silhouette.
